Support / ai check can see always see player and handy visualization gizmo

hi need help with ai check always see player even though walls and handy visualization ‘gizmo not working can you point me in the right direction on this how to set up and may be a tou tube video on it . apart from this its the best ai i have tryed and got a lot done with it so for just need ai to see player to go in to combat mode thanks for any help
